About the Role

What You'll Do

• Greet patients and confirm their identification, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Assist in determining the necessary imaging studies for each patient and prepare relevant paperwork for technologists.
• Position and transport patients as needed, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Prepare scan rooms and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Perform various office duties, including ordering and maintaining office supplies and operating office machinery.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• BLS Certification.
• CMA or CNA certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding and insurance billing.
• Previous healthcare experience is essential.

• Experience in a radiology or imaging center.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
