Partner Success Manager - Remote Role at Windranger Labs

About the Role

We are looking for a Partner Success Manager to join Windranger Labs in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving the success of our partnerships and ensuring the seamless integration of our ecosystem products. As a Partner Success Manager, you will work at the intersection of product management, project management, and business development, making a significant impact on our growth trajectory.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of key ecosystem products and initiatives, managing timelines and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential partners—including DeFi protocols, centralized exchanges, and competitor chains—to support Mantle’s growth.
  • Own end-to-end execution of business development deals from initial outreach/negotiation to onboarding and integration, ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Conduct ongoing market research on the landscape and top DeFi protocols to identify new opportunities and learnings.
  • Collaborate across engineering, legal, and marketing teams to align on requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Establish and refine processes for partner integration and project delivery to ensure fast turnaround and high quality.
  • Track progress on partnership integrations and product launches; clearly communicate status and risks to leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations, business development, or ecosystem/product management at a chain, centralized exchange, or top DeFi protocol with a reputation for rapid delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle full-cycle execution: from initial deal structuring/negotiation through to project management and delivery.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for both internal stakeholders and external partners; able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Deep understanding of Ethereum Layer 2 solutions, DeFi protocols, and the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Sales/CRM management is a plus.
