Partner Relationship Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Partner Relationship Manager to join our remote team at Koala Health. As a Partner Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the pet health management experience for our customers. This position allows you to work remotely while managing relationships with veterinary practices worldwide. Your primary goal will be to streamline the sales cycle from lead generation to clinic onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for our partners.

What You'll Do

• Manage the sales cycle with veterinary practices, from lead generation to onboarding.
• Identify solutions to pain points and needs of potential customers.
• Stay current on industry trends in the animal health community.
• Provide a best-in-class experience for prospects through proactive communications.
• Create delightful experiences through every interaction with partners.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales or B2B sales experience, preferably in the Animal Health Industry.
• Experience in Veterinary/Pet care is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
• Animal lover - Not required, but a plus.

• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
