About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Part-Time In-Home Caregivers (PCA/CNA) for weekend shifts. As a Part-Time In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential personal care services to clients in their homes, helping them with daily activities and enhancing their quality of life. No prior experience is necessary, as we offer a comprehensive paid training program to prepare you for this rewarding role.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with dressing, personal hygiene, and bathing.
• Support clients in ambulation and mobility.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met during care.
• Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments as needed.
• Complete necessary documentation and reports regarding client care.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements

• Must have a valid CNA or Nurse Aide Certificate.
• Negative drug test results are required.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks.
• Must have a TB negative test result.
• Virginia driver's license and active automobile insurance are necessary.
