Park Manager - Family Entertainment Center
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Park Manager to oversee the operations of our family entertainment center, Kids Empire. As a Park Manager, you will ensure that our guests have an enjoyable and safe experience while interacting with families and children of all ages. This is a full-time position based in Glen Allen, Virginia, and offers a competitive salary of approximately $59,000 to $65,000 per year.
What You'll Do
- Supervise park employees and ensure they perform their daily duties effectively.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Create and manage weekly employee schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to team members.
- Manage financial transactions at the front cash counter, including cash and card payments.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety within the park by regularly inspecting facilities.
- Organize and manage birthday party bookings and events to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with corporate teams and vendors to maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a customer service environment.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using an iPad and other technology for operational tasks.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
