About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Park Manager to oversee the operations of our family entertainment center, Kids Empire. As a Park Manager, you will ensure that our guests have an enjoyable and safe experience while interacting with families and children of all ages. This is a full-time position based in Glen Allen, Virginia, and offers a competitive salary of approximately $59,000 to $65,000 per year.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise park employees and ensure they perform their daily duties effectively.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Create and manage weekly employee schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to team members.
  • Manage financial transactions at the front cash counter, including cash and card payments.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety within the park by regularly inspecting facilities.
  • Organize and manage birthday party bookings and events to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams and vendors to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a customer service environment.
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using an iPad and other technology for operational tasks.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
