Packaging Material Handler - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Packaging Material Handler remote to join our dynamic team at Valor Tactical Innovation. What You'll Do
- Support Lean 5S initiatives to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace.
- Perform visual inspections of packaging, labeling, and components as required.
- Package, palletize, and label products for shipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Operate necessary equipment and tools safely while conducting daily tasks.
- Manage multiple ongoing tasks and meet daily packaging schedules.
- Move materials across the manufacturing facility using proper handling equipment.
- Monitor inventory items for proper assortment and count.
- Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) for safe material handling.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain eligibility to drive company vehicles.
- Pass initial and subsequent background checks as per federal requirements.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Gain internal certification to operate a forklift within 90 days of start date.

- Experience in MRO procurement or government contracting.
- Prior experience in packaging or material handling.
