About the Role

We are seeking an Office Services Coordinator - Print Production & Graphic Design (Remote) to join our dynamic team at CHS Inc. In this role, you will ensure high-quality production of print and digital materials while adhering to our brand standards. As an Office Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in empowering agriculture through effective communication and design.

What You'll Do

• Review incoming job requests for accuracy and alignment with CHS brand standards.
• Edit and prepare files for print and digital output using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Collaborate with internal clients to refine artwork and content as needed.
• Assist in print production, finishing, packaging, and job distribution.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and automation.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Office and Facilities Services.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
