.NET Fullstack Developer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented .NET Fullstack Developer for a remote position at Sharesource. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading Australian financial technology company that is transforming the online lending experience for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Australia and New Zealand. As a .NET Fullstack Developer, you will be part of a high-performing tech team building secure, scalable, and intelligent lending platforms used by thousands of growing SMEs.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and reliability across the stack.
• Write clean, testable, and scalable code.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers in an agile environment.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and team planning sessions.
• Work effectively in a distributed team, embracing asynchronous communication and flexible work hours.
• Contribute to a strong remote culture through documentation, transparency, and proactive communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack .NET software development.
• Strong experience with .NET Core and C#.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience in frameworks like React or Node.js.
• Comfortable working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with SQL Server and Cosmos DB is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a distributed work environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to GraphQL or modern API design tools.
• Experience with mobile app development is a bonus.
