Motion Designer - Remote Position

About the Role

We’re hiring a Motion Designer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Motion Designer remote, you will play a crucial role in creating cinematic, story-driven motion designs that align with brand standards and elevate digital engagement across various platforms.

What You'll Do

• Translate raw client input into polished motion designs that reflect brand identity.
• Develop creative concepts and visual references for motion projects.
• Produce high-quality animations and motion graphics for marketing and digital channels.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to refine and deliver compelling visual content.
• Maintain brand consistency while incorporating innovative design techniques.
• Utilize tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop, and explore AI tools such as MidJourney or Runway to enhance creativity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in motion design with a portfolio showcasing animation and video work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator); Figma experience is a plus.
• Strong design sensibility with a clear understanding of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in fast-paced settings.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to push creative boundaries.

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D animation tools.
• Knowledge of video editing techniques.
• Familiarity with current design trends and technologies.
