As a Middle/Senior Talent Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to help us achieve our mission. This position offers flexible working hours and the possibility of relocation to one of our hubs in Serbia, Cyprus, or Spain.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide insights on market trends.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role, with a strong focus on fintech or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in various positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with remote recruitment processes is highly desirable.
