Mid-Senior IT Systems Engineer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Netrix Global is hiring a Mid-Senior IT Systems Engineer to help operate, secure, and evolve our internal Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Microsoft 365 services. This IT Systems Engineer remote position allows you to work closely with our Corporate IT team and collaborate with Security & Compliance to ensure that our identity, collaboration, endpoint, and data-loss prevention (DLP) capabilities are reliable and well-governed.

What You'll Do

• Operate and improve Conditional Access, PIM, RBAC, app registrations, and enterprise apps (SAML/OIDC/SCIM).
• Execute least-privilege changes and periodic access reviews in line with Access Control standards.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Teams, ensuring secure collaboration and compliance.
• Drive DLP operations across Microsoft Purview DLP and Endpoint DLP, including policy design, tuning, and incident triage.
• Manage Intune for device provisioning, compliance, and security, supporting endpoint security and patch orchestration.
• Support Azure subscriptions/resource groups and governance controls for Corporate IT workloads.
• Build admin scripts/automations using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to streamline tasks.
• Partner with Service Desk and Security Operations as Tier-3 escalation for identity/M365 and DLP issues.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Conditional Access, PIM, Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.
• Proficiency in designing and operating Microsoft Purview DLP policies and handling DLP alerts/incidents.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and experience with Microsoft Graph for automation.
• Solid understanding of RBAC/least privilege, authentication protocols, and network fundamentals.
• Excellent English communication skills to support users across US and EU time zones.
• Right to work in Bulgaria and ability to work remotely under company policy.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure Policy governance and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps and DLP integrations.
• Prior work supporting audit frameworks such as SOC 2.
