About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team as a core product builder. This is a unique opportunity to work on trust and safety software that will revolutionize how organizations operate. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing features, ensuring the software is reliable and secure. This role requires strong skills in React and backend technologies, along with a deep sense of empathy and independence. The position is based in either San Francisco or Warsaw.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and implementation of new features for our core product.
  • Own a section of our product roadmap and deliver features from concept to rollout.
  • Ensure the software is reliable, secure, and performs accurately under load.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
  • Work closely with a small team to optimize for impact and maintain high ownership.

Requirements

  • Experience in product building from 0 to 1.
  • Strong frontend skills with a solid understanding of design/UI/UX principles.
  • Hands-on backend experience with technologies such as Node, Go, and Python.
  • Ability to work independently and build processes effectively.
  • Experience with CI/CD, testing, and code reviews.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with browser extensions and device endpoints.
  • Knowledge of fast and scalable inference systems.
