What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications and games using Flutter (Dart).
• Optimize user experiences and performance, ensuring smooth animations and pixel-perfect UI.
• Utilize state management solutions such as Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider for complex business logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that engage millions of users.
• Leverage backend technologies like Supabase, Firebase, or SQL for user authentication and data synchronization.
• Employ AI-assisted tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to enhance development efficiency and code quality.
• Participate in team-building activities and periodic visits to our headquarters in Skopje.
• Contribute to a positive and innovative office culture in our Istanbul location.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Flutter (Dart) with a focus on high-performance UI.
• Experience in developing mobile applications and games, with at least one successful launch on Google Play or the App Store.
• Familiarity with the Flame engine or custom game loops is a plus.
• Deep understanding of state management solutions.
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Supabase, Firebase, or SQL.
• Ability to create engaging user experiences with a focus on performance and optimization.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience with game development frameworks.
