Member Relationship Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Member Relationship Manager remote to join our innovative team at Range. As a Member Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our member experience through proactive engagement and feedback collection. What You'll Do

• Conduct proactive outreach to members via various communication channels to engage them and encourage deeper interaction with our platform.
• Collect qualitative and quantitative feedback on product functionality and overall member experience through surveys, interviews, and feedback sessions.
• Analyze feedback and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities for improving the member journey.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure member insights lead to actionable improvements.
• Develop and implement member engagement and retention campaigns to foster loyalty and advocacy.
• Define and track key member-experience metrics and report findings to leadership.
• Serve as the internal advocate for members, representing their voice in product discussions and roadmap planning.
• Design and maintain feedback loops to continuously surface member sentiment over time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer experience, customer success, or member engagement roles, preferably in a fintech or SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's degree from a leading university.
• Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach to member engagement.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proven experience with feedback collection and member journey mapping.
• A member-centric mindset focused on understanding and addressing member needs.

• Experience with CRM tools and member engagement platforms.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
