Member of Trading Operations - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking a Member of Trading Operations to join our dynamic team at Anchorage Digital. This remote position is pivotal in supporting our clients' daily trading activities and ensuring the smooth post-trade life-cycle of various digital assets. You will be instrumental in managing settlements, reconciliations, and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies within the crypto space.
What You'll Do
- Support client interactions across multiple teams, ensuring processes and procedures are developed and continuously refined.
- Efficiently manage all Counterparty and Client settlement requests within agreed SLAs.
- Monitor progress towards meeting established KPIs for trade operations.
- Utilize blockchain explorers, trading platforms, and relevant software to reconcile and monitor digital asset activities.
- Perform cash positioning and inventory management for various product flows to optimize treasury management and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to streamline trading, settlement, and risk operations workflows.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives for optimal operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with evolving cryptocurrency industry trends and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting settlement activities for institutional clients in both traditional and crypto asset classes.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, financial operations, and risk management.
- Ability to handle complex tasks and prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Python, SQL, or low-code platforms is a plus.
