Medior-Senior Tech Support Engineer - 3D Printing Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a Medior-Senior Tech Support Engineer for 3D printing solutions to join our dynamic team at Raise3D. This Medior-Senior Tech Support Engineer role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge industrial SLS 3D printers in a hybrid work environment based in Sliedrecht, Netherlands. You will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction across Europe.

What You'll Do

• Independently install, commission, and validate industrial SLS 3D printers at customer sites across the Netherlands and Western Europe.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, and system-level issues, ensuring high system reliability.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing remote troubleshooting via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Guide users through operational questions, maintenance, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to improve product performance and reliability, contributing to documentation and internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical support, field engineering, or customer-facing technical role.
• Strong technical problem-solving ability and hands-on experience with complex hardware systems.
• Background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a closely related discipline.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems independently.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with 3D printers (SLS, FDM, SLA) or other industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with CAD tools or manufacturing workflows.
• Additional European languages (e.g., German, Dutch, French, Spanish) are a plus.
