About the Role

As a Marketing Domain Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that AI models deliver accurate, insightful, and business-relevant results in the fields of marketing strategy, analytics, and communication.

What You'll Do

• Design and define core marketing workflows such as campaign planning, segmentation, and brand management.
• Develop realistic test cases and evaluation metrics for AI systems to assess model performance across various marketing functions.
• Curate and annotate high-quality marketing data for AI training, ensuring the data is relevant and accurate.
• Review AI outputs and provide constructive feedback for improvements, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the AI models.
• Utilize your strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to contribute to innovative marketing strategies.
• Communicate complex marketing concepts clearly to diverse audiences, ensuring understanding and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing insights into AI development.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in marketing and AI technologies to continuously improve processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing or advertising, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with AI or marketing automation technologies is a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Experience in Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Analytics.
• Prior experience in the U.S. Marketing or Advertising sector is essential.
• Proven ability to translate complex marketing concepts into actionable strategies.
