Manager of Process Excellence - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Puget Sound Energy is looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Manager of Process Excellence. This remote opportunity allows you to lead our efforts in transforming how we work, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation. As a Manager of Process Excellence, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goal of becoming a Beyond Net Zero Carbon energy company by 2045.

What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders and process owners.
• Facilitate process improvement meetings and coach teams through methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven process optimization.
• Establish and implement process excellence standards across the enterprise.
• Build influential relationships across the organization to advance process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or related field.
• Ten years of experience in project management or related fields.
• Five years of experience in operations, process improvement, or customer service.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and coaching skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and enterprise business systems.

Nice to Have

• Master’s degree in business or related field.
• Experience with Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Familiarity with utility operations and SAP.
