What You'll Do

• Supervise accounting records and manage a team of accountants.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP.
• Collaborate with finance outsourcing partners to deliver financial reporting and analysis.
• Support the development of efficient finance functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Utilize your expertise in financial planning and analysis to enhance our operations.
• Handle large data sets and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Foster a flexible working environment that emphasizes asynchronous communication.
• Contribute to the overall success of the finance team and the organization.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Proven post-qualified accounting experience.
• Experience managing a team of accountants.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar finance systems.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational controls.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis.
• Ability to handle large data sets.
• Experience with outsourced finance teams is a plus.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
