Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a legal supervisory role, preferably in immigration law.
• Strong understanding of legal standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a remote work environment.
• Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.
