We are seeking a Legal & Business Affairs Counsel - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Provide legal advice on commercial transactions and contract negotiations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to intellectual property, software licensing, and business affairs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 2-5 years of experience in legal counsel, particularly in commercial law and intellectual property.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract drafting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with compliance and risk management practices.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and resources.
