About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Leasing Professional remote for an apartment community in Sacramento, CA. This is an exciting opportunity with a company that values our teammates and company culture. If you are passionate about property management and customer service, this role is perfect for you!

What You'll Do

  • Warmly greet visitors, prospective and current residents.
  • Provide prospective residents with brochures, information, and tours of facilities and available units.
  • Consult with prospective residents to identify requirements and budgets, matching these needs with available floor plan options.
  • Conduct phone, online, and tour sales with prospective and current residents.
  • Conduct background/credit checks and verify other references as directed by the Leasing Manager.
  • Prepare lease files for the Leasing Manager's review and approval; obtain signatures from management and residents.
  • Coordinate move-in dates, materials, and processes as directed.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the market and participate in the daily operations of the property.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); less than one year of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Outgoing, friendly attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Team-oriented with thorough knowledge of company policies and Fair Housing laws.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in property management or leasing.
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices.
  • Sales experience in a related field.
