Lead Staff Software Engineer - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Staff Software Engineer to join our team in a remote capacity. What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor team members to produce high-quality, maintainable code.

- Develop and guide testing plans to assure solution quality and define success metrics.
- Drive project plans and release schedules ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Apply debugging tools to verify assumptions and optimize code performance.

- Maintain live service operations and develop incident resolution playbooks.
- Enhance internal tools and processes while promoting the use of AI technologies.
- Develop and maintain a technical roadmap aligned with product goals.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in software engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Proficient in multiple programming languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
- Demonstrated experience in large-scale system architecture, particularly in cloud environments.
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and balancing priorities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for leveraging AI tools.
