What You'll Do

  • Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
  • Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Utilize AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker to manage cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
  • Implement CI/CD processes to streamline development workflows.
  • Analyze system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Participate in quarterly meet-ups and virtual office activities to maintain team cohesion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript frameworks such as React and Next.js.
  • Experience with SQL databases and Elasticsearch.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (SDLC) and project management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience with AI and data engineering is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
