About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager - Exchange (Institutional) Remote to join our dynamic Product Management team at Crypto.com. As a Lead Product Manager, you will drive product initiatives from inception through execution, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers to launch impactful products and features across our global footprint.

What You'll Do

• Lead, plan, execute, and maintain the Exchange’s Institutional roadmap, focusing on creating a best-in-class trading user experience for institutional and professional traders.
• Define features and product outcomes by actively documenting product specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to provide product outcome direction and develop technical solutions.
• Manage the roadmap backlog and ensure timely shipping of products and features.
• Engage with business and sales teams to facilitate user studies and gather product feedback.
• Prioritize initiatives and projects effectively, weighing necessary trade-offs for optimal outcomes.
• Stay updated on market and industry trends to inform product decisions.
• Represent the product domain in communications with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of product management experience, preferably in exchange, institutional trading, or prime brokerage platforms.
• A data-informed work style, with a focus on the user experience.
• A passion for building delightful customer-facing products and experiences.
• Experience in shipping and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, and compliance teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of technical concepts and their application.
