Lead Java Developer - Remote Opportunity in Georgia

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Developer remote to spearhead our internal team's efforts in enhancing and restructuring our data mart solution. What You'll Do

• Lead the enhancement and restructuring of the data mart solution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions using Jakarta EE and GlassFish.
• Design, build, and maintain APIs to ensure seamless system integration.
• Develop UI components utilizing Faces 4.1 and PrimeFaces 15.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges, optimize performance, and resolve functionality issues across systems.
• Oversee database configuration and optimization within Oracle DB ExaCC.
• Coordinate implementation activities in a NetBeans development environment.
• Maintain accurate and current documentation to support team knowledge sharing.
• Remain updated on emerging Java technologies, standards, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience in extensive projects.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in relevant capacities.
• Proficiency in Jakarta EE and GlassFish for guiding refactoring projects.
• Expertise in Faces 4.1, PrimeFaces 15, and Java APIs.
• Background in Oracle DB ExaCC, ensuring effective database configuration and optimization.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level development within a NetBeans framework.
• Competency in resolving complex system issues and optimizing performance.
• Understanding of software development processes in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English at a B2+ level.
