Lead Generation Expert - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Generation Expert - Remote to join our dynamic team at UnityBPO. As a Lead Generation Expert, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by generating new sales opportunities. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to a company dedicated to supporting America's frontline healthcare workers and their patients.

What You'll Do

• Generate potential customers and build a pipeline of prospects.
• Proactively create new business opportunities through emails, cold calling, social selling, and follow-ups on marketing campaigns.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales team.
• Own your KPIs and lead pipeline, ensuring consistent progress.
• Set introductory meetings and effectively hand off leads to Account Executives.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with lead generation tools like Yesware and ZoomInfo.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter with a positive, “hunter” mindset.
