About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Lead Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decisions and experimentation strategies across our devices. You will lead a team of analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our data analytics capabilities. What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and execution of A/B tests and Bayesian experiments to optimize product features and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to define key metrics and KPIs for experimentation.
  • Utilize SQL, Python, and R to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
  • Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau to visualize key performance indicators.
  • Support the integration of Google Analytics 4 and other analytical tools into our workflows.
  • Drive continuous improvement in experimentation methodologies and statistical practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on experimentation and statistical methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R, with a strong understanding of data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and Bayesian experimentation techniques.
  • Strong communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in eCommerce or digital marketing analytics.
  • Knowledge of iOS development and Swift programming.
  • Familiarity with decision science and causal inference methodologies.
