Lead Data Analyst - Digital Services (Remote)

About the Role

WT Partnership is seeking a Lead Data Analyst - Digital Services to drive the development of data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support major client projects. This Lead Data Analyst remote position is ideal for a data professional who can lead analytical initiatives, engage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality Power BI solutions.

What You'll Do

• Partner with internal teams and clients to understand business needs and translate them into clear data and reporting requirements.
• Analyze current business and project processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Lead the development of Power BI dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions.
• Oversee data integrity, develop test plans, and manage quality assurance activities.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of data solutions that support project tracking, financial analysis, and performance insights.
• Provide training and documentation to support client and team use of WT Partnership’s digital tools.
• Assist with proposal writing, tender submissions, and reporting for major bids.
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture.

Requirements

• Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Advanced Power BI skills, including dashboard development and data modeling.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and gather detailed requirements.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience improving business processes.
• Experience in data validation, testing, and quality assurance.
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a consulting environment.
• Experience contributing to proposals or tenders (preferred).
