Landscape Account Manager - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Landscape Account Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will manage and monitor daily operations, ensuring client expectations and contract specifications are met. As a Landscape Account Manager, you will develop and implement strategies to achieve new contracts and enhance existing ones, while building and maintaining a network of referral business.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily operations and assigned book of business to meet client expectations.
- Develop strategies for new contracts and contract enhancements.
- Build relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and allied trades.
- Monitor performance against budget and develop strategies for improvement.
- Ensure client satisfaction through outstanding service.
- Conduct property walk-throughs to suggest efficiency improvements.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and development of employees.
- Assign teams and equipment for maximum productivity.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of related industry experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to acquire necessary applicator licenses.
- Ability to operate power equipment.

- Experience in horticulture or landscaping.
