About the Role
Join SIG as a Key Account Manager, where you'll drive business growth through relationship building and consultative sales. This Key Account Manager remote role offers the opportunity to manage allocated accounts, identify new business opportunities, and develop targeted business plans with the Head of Sales (ANZ). You will establish long-term relationships with global organizations, achieve revenue targets, and enhance our market reputation.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for the key account management of allocated accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach.
- Develop segment-specific business plans in conjunction with the Head of Sales (ANZ).
- Engage with and confidently present to C-suite executives across leading organizations.
- Execute commercial development plans aligned with the company’s growth revenue and profitability targets.
- Collect market information and maintain internal coordination between SIG departments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers and customers.
- Plan and manage customer visits to maximize time and value efficiency.
Requirements
- Preferred tertiary qualifications in business administration, marketing, or engineering.
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly in the FMCG packaging sector.
- Strong networking ability with a proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
