What You'll Do

  • Empathize with stakeholders to create actionable and holistic solutions that deliver business value.
  • Champion best practices in Agile and software engineering, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
  • Collaborate with a talented team to tackle complex challenges and develop outstanding products.
  • Provide constructive feedback and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Engage in learning opportunities and help foster a positive team environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in backend and frontend development, including web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language and paradigm (OOP, FP).
  • Familiarity with tech stacks such as TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, AngularJS, Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, Java, or GoLang.
  • Ability to work in high-performance Agile teams and apply practices like Kanban, Scrum, or Lean.
  • Understanding of clean code practices and experience with test automation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with microservices architecture and DevOps practices.
  • Delivered at least one large-scale project to production.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end application architecture.
