About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator - Remote to join our dynamic team and help us make a real impact on climate-friendly heating solutions. As a Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing our Salesforce environment, ensuring data quality, and supporting our team in utilizing Salesforce to its fullest potential.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the administration and configuration of Salesforce, including user management and data quality assurance.
• Support the implementation of Salesforce Flows and automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and provide solutions within Salesforce.
• Conduct regular reporting and analytics to track performance metrics and improve user experience.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance team knowledge of Salesforce functionalities.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, data management, and user support.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and REST API integrations.
• Experience with CRM tools and reporting.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
