Junior Product Motion Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Product Motion Designer to join our team at ByteBrew IT LLC. This remote position is perfect for fresh graduates or early-career designers eager to create engaging animations for mobile applications. You will work closely with developers and designers to bring our apps to life through thoughtful and purposeful animation.

What You'll Do

• Create 2D animations for mobile UI elements, including buttons, transitions, onboarding flows, and loading states.
• Design splash screens, celebration animations, and lightweight visual effects such as particles and glows.
• Translate ideas and references into clean, production-ready motion graphics.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure animations perform smoothly within the app.
• Revise work based on feedback and product needs to maintain a consistent motion language.
• Occasionally animate simple characters, avatars, or illustrated elements.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of animation fundamentals, including timing, spacing, easing, anticipation, and follow-through.
• Foundational skills in animation, motion design, or graphic design.
• Ability to create original graphics or visual elements, not just animate templates.
• A portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Willingness to learn new tools as our product evolves.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to UI animation or micro-interactions.
• Basic illustration skills.
• Experience preparing animations for mobile apps.
