About the Role

We are seeking a talented Java/Kotlin Developer to join our dynamic team. This Java/Kotlin Developer remote position offers the opportunity to work on high-load systems, utilizing your expertise to enhance system performance and stability. You will be part of a collaborative environment where your contributions will directly impact our projects and clients.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain high-load systems using Java and Kotlin.
  • Refactor existing monolithic systems into microservices architecture.
  • Implement new microservices from the ground up, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Utilize Elasticsearch to accelerate system performance by at least 30%.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain system stability and performance.
  • Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, and Liquibase for database management.
  • Collaborate with CI/CD processes using GitLab.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of BPMN 2.0 workflows with Camunda.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Java/Kotlin Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of Spring Framework and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, and Testcontainers.
  • Proficient in using RabbitMQ and Kafka for messaging solutions.
  • Strong understanding of API documentation using Swagger and OpenAPI.
  • Fluent in English (B2) and native in Russian.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Elasticsearch for performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
