About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. This IT Support Engineer remote position offers a unique opportunity for India-based professionals willing to relocate. You will play a crucial role in providing on-site and remote support for our IT infrastructure, ensuring that our systems run smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Provide on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows and macOS environments.
  • Maintain and upgrade servers, ensuring ongoing support for our infrastructure.
  • Support network and infrastructure components including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Manage Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and hosted email solutions.
  • Oversee email migrations, user account creation, and configuration tasks.
  • Implement cloud security measures, endpoint protection, and backup solutions.
  • Monitor data backups and provide disaster recovery support.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of desktop and server environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server technologies including AD, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience with Office 365 and Google Workspace administration.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, VLAN, and Wi-Fi.
  • Exposure to virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and firewall management.
  • Excellent English communication skills with strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco).
  • Experience with ITIL framework.
