About the Role
We are looking for an IT Engineer to join our team at MoonPay. This IT Engineer remote position will allow you to contribute to our mission of onboarding the world to the decentralized economy. You will play a crucial role in developing automations and systems integrations across various Core Business platforms.
What You'll Do
- Build, support, and monitor applications within our Corporate Services application portfolio.
- Develop and maintain custom applications in our iPaaS platform to support the automation of workstreams.
- Manage Authentication services (Okta), Collaboration Services (GSuite, Slack, Zoom), and iPaaS (Workato, Fivetrans).
- Develop IT Engineering best practices and policies for the organization.
- Prepare and document standard operating procedures.
- Respond to and lead IT responses for incidents.
- Test, implement, and improve/maintain IT systems and controls.
- Identify and define IT system requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in JAMF, Okta & GSuite Administration or similar systems.
- Experience with Fivetrans, Workato, or similar platforms.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Powershell.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with Cloud platforms (GCP / AWS) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically.
- Basic coding skills in HTML, CSS, and other languages.
- Familiarity with web-related technologies and network/web-related protocols.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SIEM platforms such as Datadog, Splunk, or Google Chronicle.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for work purposes.
