• Manage financial operations, including accounts payable, compliance with German HGB regulations, and DATEV processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce manual work through data-driven solutions.
• Engage in variance analysis and quantitative assessments to enhance financial performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance management, with a strong focus on financial modeling and compliance.
• Expertise in German accounting standards and regulations (HGB, DATEV).
• Proficiency in data management and analysis, including SQL and data transformation.
• Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience in a startup environment and familiarity with financial operations.

• Experience with financial oversight and controlling.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and cost-plus fixed fee (CPFF) models.
• Background in customer service and customer discovery processes.
