About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Logistics Supervisor to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will ensure the efficient flow of goods from their arrival at the plant through unloading, inspection, system registration, and storage for operational readiness. As an Inbound Logistics Supervisor, you'll lead a team of dedicated professionals committed to excellence in logistics management.

What You'll Do

  • Direct and supervise your team to achieve operational objectives effectively.
  • Identify current operational needs and project future requirements to ensure resource availability for meeting operational plans.
  • Guarantee timely deliveries in accordance with specific requirements from internal and external clients.
  • Plan personnel balance and coordinate team shifts to maximize results and align activities with other areas.
  • Monitor optimal use of equipment and ensure compliance with established industrial safety standards.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions to the maintenance department immediately.
  • Track the receipt program for arrivals, maneuvering spaces, internal spaces, and operational resources.
  • Define, manage, and evaluate performance indicators (KPIs) to improve productivity across all areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Project Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in logistics management.
  • Advanced English proficiency for effective business communication.
  • Proficient in inbound logistics processes, quality assurance controls, and reverse logistics.
  • Familiarity with SAP MM (Material Management) and WMS systems.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to create effective teams.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage stress and adapt to changes effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Power BI for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of outbound logistics processes, including production orders and kit assembly.
