About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated ICHRA Compliance Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity. What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough compliance assessments related to Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA).
- Analyze regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to healthcare legislation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance policies.
- Monitor and evaluate compliance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in compliance analysis, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and risk management.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in data analysis tools, including SQL.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ICHRA or similar reimbursement arrangements.
- Knowledge of performance marketing and brand strategy.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and PCI.
