HVAC Install Lead - Remote Opportunities

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Install Lead to join our team at PipeDreams. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while leading the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. As an HVAC Install Lead remote position, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality installations and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Lead the installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Provide training and guidance to apprentices and HVAC Install Helpers.
• Maintain effective communication with dispatch, management, and installation teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures during installations.
• Document service and installation activities accurately.
• Participate in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology to improve installation efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-time HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Proficiency in AC, mini-split, and heat pump installations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job.
• Experience working under minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of electrical and HVAC safety standards.

Nice to Have

• Experience with crane operations for equipment staging.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience.
• Familiarity with HVAC technology advancements.
