What You'll Do
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for staffing optimization.
- Utilize tools such as Power BI and Excel to create comprehensive reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to forecast staffing needs and capacity planning.
- Conduct legal research and document reviews to support HR programs and initiatives.
- Implement analytical models to enhance decision-making processes within the organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or workforce analytics.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights effectively.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes is a plus.
