About the Role

We are seeking a talented Headcount & Workforce Analytics Analyst to join our team remotely. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to provide insights into workforce management and headcount optimization. As a Headcount & Workforce Analytics Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our HR strategies and ensuring effective resource allocation.

What You'll Do

• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for staffing optimization.
• Utilize tools such as Power BI and Excel to create comprehensive reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with HR and management teams to forecast staffing needs and capacity planning.
• Conduct legal research and document reviews to support HR programs and initiatives.
• Implement analytical models to enhance decision-making processes within the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or workforce analytics.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights effectively.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI systems and network security.
• Experience in legal research or as a paralegal.
