About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Product to join Cardoo, an international Series A fintech startup reinventing the rental industry. This Head of Product remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, with options to be based in our offices in Limassol or Dubai. As the Head of Product, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product offerings and driving innovation in the rental sector.

What You'll Do

• Lead the product strategy and vision for Cardoo, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to inform product development and enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop product management team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features based on business impact.
• Represent Cardoo at industry events and conferences, showcasing our product innovations and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head of Product or in a senior product management role, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies and agile practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop innovative product strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and performance metrics.
• A passion for the rental industry and a desire to drive change through technology.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a startup environment and familiarity with Series A funding processes.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience working closely with design teams.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
