About the Role

We are seeking a talented Head of Marketing Department to join our team at CMM Investment Consulting Group. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in bridging marketing and sales, driving digital projects aimed at increasing brand awareness and lead generation.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Leadership: Analyze market trends and develop marketing strategies focused on sales growth, brand awareness, and international expansion.
• Creative Campaigns: Develop and launch marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring measurable commercial results.
• Website Management: Oversee the company website, focusing on SEO, content, analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
• SMM: Execute a social media strategy to manage content, promotion, and audience engagement.
• PR & Communications: Build brand reputation and manage media relations across international platforms.
• Team Management: Lead the marketing function, set goals, and support team development.
• Analytics: Monitor key metrics and prepare regular reports to improve commercial results.

Requirements

• Higher education in marketing, project management, or digital technologies.
• Experience as a Head of Marketing Department or Digital Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing tools: Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and website analytics.
• Proven experience in managing digital projects and advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.

• Experience coordinating teams and familiarity with project management tools.
