We are seeking a visionary Head of Artificial Intelligence to join a large healthcare group, focusing on innovation and operational excellence. As the Head of Artificial Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery through advanced AI technologies.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with business growth and operational efficiency.
• Identify and launch AI-enabled business initiatives, including clinical services and patient engagement solutions.
• Develop business cases and go-to-market plans for AI-powered services in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Explore strategic partnerships and commercialization opportunities for AI platforms within ethical boundaries.
• Lead the development of a secure, scalable healthcare data and AI platform.
• Drive AI applications across various operational domains, enhancing clinical decision support and predictive analytics.
• Build and lead a high-performing AI function, including data science and machine learning engineering teams.
• Manage relationships with AI vendors and technology partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI or data science, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record in delivering AI solutions in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to ethical AI practices.

Nice to Have

• MBA or strong commercial leadership experience.
• Experience in commercializing AI-enabled products or services.
• Familiarity with healthcare data governance and privacy regulations.
