About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Guest Relations Agent - Year Round to join our team at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. In this role, you will be the face of our resort, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. As a Guest Relations Agent, you will provide outstanding service and support to our guests, making their stay memorable and enjoyable.

What You'll Do

• Represent the company professionally while providing efficient and courteous service throughout all stages of the guest's stay.
• Answer phone calls and greet individuals entering the office promptly and professionally.
• Maintain communication through voicemails, online software, and emails to ensure all guest inquiries are addressed.
• Become familiar with reservation availability, guest profiles, and property-specific amenities.
• Inspect properties thoroughly before guest arrivals and after departures to uphold company standards.
• Create work orders for maintenance and housekeeping based on guest requests or property inspections.
• Assist guests with local activities and reservations to enhance their experience.
• Stock properties with necessary supplies and ensure cleanliness and upkeep of company vehicles.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a guest-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Nice to Have

• Computer skills and familiarity with booking procedures.
• Experience in hospitality or tourism industry.
