About the Role

Now Brewing – Group Manager, International Brand! We're excited to announce a remote opportunity for a Group Manager, International Brand at Starbucks. As a Group Manager, you will lead strategic consultation and support for our international business units, influencing and engaging teams across the globe.

What You'll Do

  • Identify key product priorities and opportunities to drive global connection and collaboration across our international business units.
  • Develop standards and best practices for the development, launch, and optimization of Starbucks products.
  • Establish and strengthen foundational tools and communication frameworks to ensure support efforts are well-informed and utilized.
  • Continuously identify new opportunities to deliver value for international business units, driving alignment and advocacy needed with leaders and teams.
  • Provide consultation to international business units in the form of guidance, support, feedback, and advocacy.
  • Lead and manage a team of 2-3 individuals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in brand and/or product management, including direct experience commercializing and bringing new products to market.
  • 4+ years of experience managing others.
  • Previous international marketing, product management, or business experience preferred.
  • Facilitation skills and training experience are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 or more years of US military experience or highly transferable skills accepted.
