About the Role

We're hiring a Graphic Designer - Pitch Deck Presentations to join our dynamic team at Changing Lives Productions. In this remote role, you'll create visually compelling pitch decks that resonate with audiences and help convey important messages. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual storytelling of our presentations.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver clean, polished layouts for both live presentations and PDF distribution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine content flow and ensure clarity, impact, and persuasiveness.
• Translate strategic messaging into compelling visual storytelling that resonates with audiences.
• Create infographics, data visualizations, and emotional design elements to enhance storytelling.
• Ensure all designs maintain a modern, sophisticated aesthetic that communicates trust and ambition.
• Provide fast turnarounds and revisions within stipulated timelines to meet project deadlines.
• Test decks for consistency, readability, and technical quality across multiple formats.

Requirements

• Strong command of design software: PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma (or similar).
• Deep understanding of persuasive deck structure: clear opening, narrative arc, supporting evidence, and strong close.
• Modern, sophisticated design aesthetic that conveys trust and ambition.
• Ability to leverage imagery, typography, and layout to tell an emotional story.
• Ability to provide quick turnarounds and revisions within deadlines.
• Experience working with large brands is a must.

Nice to Have

• Experience in video production or content creation.
• Familiarity with digital marketing principles.
