Governance & Assurance Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Governance & Assurance Analyst to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal in building and managing process documentation for English and Exams operations, ensuring sustainable, scalable, and efficient service delivery. As a Governance & Assurance Analyst, you will connect with various teams to understand both stated and unstated needs, developing a proactive operations delivery model that aligns with business requirements.

What You'll Do

• Act as a governance and assurance expert for the process.
• Analyze the effectiveness of new knowledge management programs by observing their usage and evaluating their impact.
• Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
• Train staff members on audit preparation and ensure effective implementation of knowledge management across delivery functions.
• Encourage staff to share knowledge effectively and efficiently.
• Interact with internal process owners to gather information for improvement.
• Maintain Master Document Control Listing and ensure compliance with documentation procedures.
• Work closely with Audit teams to ensure compliance with documentation requirements.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5-8 years of work experience as a Governance and Assurance Analyst.
• Proficiency in English, with a minimum IELTS band of 7 or equivalent.
• Experience in getting an organization certified to ISO 9001:2015.
• Subject matter expertise in MS Office and MS Visio.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
