Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a highly proficient Dutch-speaking professional to join our team as a Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager. This remote opportunity allows you to work flexibly while being an integral part of launching a groundbreaking digital tool aimed at businesses worldwide, particularly in the Dutch market.

What You'll Do

• Onboard a dedicated portfolio of new customers and design, implement, and manage high-performing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns that deliver demonstrable results.
• Initiate proactive client outreach through calls to introduce services, understand client objectives, and offer customized digital advertising solutions.
• Ensure campaigns are strategically set up to achieve immediate impact and contribute to the client’s long-term success.
• Take ownership of increasing client advertising expenditure and actively identify upselling opportunities within your customer base.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive customer database, ensuring accurate information within the CRM system.
• Manage a high volume of client interactions primarily through phone communication while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Native-level or C2 fluency in Dutch and C2 fluency in English.
• A minimum of two years of experience in sales and/or marketing, particularly in client-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science (BA/BS); a Master's degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred.
• Strong experience in managing and improving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Proven track record of integrating AI tools into workflows to enhance outreach strategies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• A self-motivated and proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze market trends.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the Dutch market, including cultural nuances and business practices.
• Understanding of the digital marketing landscape in the Netherlands.
• Awareness of local regulations, particularly concerning data privacy (GDPR).
• Ability to strategically identify companies with high growth potential.
• Competence in managing sophisticated client inquiries regarding ROI and technical integrations.
